We are a leading company specializing in prefabricated structures, modular buildings, portable cabins, joinery, and interior fit-out projects across the UAE. We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Production Controller / Architectural Coordinator to bridge the gap between design, estimation, project management, procurement, and factory production, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Design Team to finalize architectural drawings, material selections, colors, finishes, and technical details in line with approved project concepts.
• Coordinate with the Estimation and Project Management teams to ensure projects are executed within planned timelines and budgets.
• Prepare, monitor, and update daily and weekly production schedules.
• Coordinate with Factory Supervisors, Project Managers, and Procurement to maintain a smooth production workflow.
• Monitor production progress and provide regular status reports to management.
• Ensure timely availability of materials by coordinating with the procurement department.
• Review client requirements, space planning, and functional needs before production begins.
• Conduct site visits, site measurements, and site analysis as required.
• Identify design limitations and recommend practical, cost-effective engineering and production solutions.
• Review and coordinate architectural, shop, and production drawings before manufacturing.
• Ensure all production activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate factory manpower allocation to maximize production efficiency.
• Resolve production-related issues and support smooth factory operations.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, including safe material handling and PPE usage.
• Maintain production documentation, reports, and records for quality control and audit purposes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification.
• 5–7 years of experience in architectural coordination, production planning, interior fit-out, or joinery projects.
• Strong knowledge of joinery detailing, interior fit-out construction, and space planning.
• Experience in prefabricated or modular construction will be a strong advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, shop, and production drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project coordination.
• Excellent planning, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
