ROLE PURPOSE

As a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing ROX UAE’s social media presence, digital content, online campaigns, and brand communication across digital platforms. You will play a key role in strengthening the company’s digital visibility, supporting marketing activities, increasing audience engagement, and presenting ROX UAE in line with its premium automotive identity within a dynamic and growing automotive environment in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and schedule social media posts and campaigns.
  • Manage ROX UAE social media accounts professionally.
  • Create engaging digital content for different platforms.
  • Develop captions, content ideas, reels concepts, and creative briefs.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity.
  • Maintain a consistent brand tone, visual identity, and premium online image.
  • Ensure all published content is accurate, professional, brand-aligned, and approved before posting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect updates, photos, videos, offers, events, and campaign requirements.
  • Support photo and video shoots, showroom content, vehicle content, event coverage, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Track social media performance, engagement rates, reach, impressions, leads, campaign results, and audience growth.
  • Maintain proper digital files, content archives, campaign materials, photos, videos, captions, approvals, and marketing records.
  • Support influencer collaborations, partnership campaigns, PR activities, customer testimonial content, and event-based digital coverage.
  • Prepare regular reports on digital performance, campaign activity, social media insights, content results, and improvement opportunities.
  • Manage daily posting, story updates, reels, community engagement, comments, messages, and basic customer inquiries across platforms.
  • Create and manage content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and other relevant platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to improve content quality, campaign performance, audience engagement, lead generation, brand awareness, and customer experience.
  • Respond to social media comments and messages professionally, and escalate sales, service, complaint, or customer-related inquiries to the concerned department.
  • Support urgent campaigns, vehicle launches, VIP events, showroom openings, special promotions, management requests, and other marketing activities when needed.
  • Support paid advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, targeting, monitoring, performance tracking, and coordination with agencies or vendors when required.
  • Assist in planning digital marketing campaigns for vehicle launches, showroom activities, promotions, customer experiences, service campaigns, and brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, agencies, influencers, media partners, sales teams, showroom teams, service center teams, and management when required.
  • Ensure all digital activities comply with company policies, brand guidelines, confidentiality requirements, approval procedures, advertising standards, and professional conduct expectations.
