Are you a data-driven digital marketer who enjoys creating, optimizing, and tracking high-performing campaigns? Secret Gardens is looking for a Digital Marketing to join our growing team and help strengthen our online presence across multiple brands.
As part of our marketing team, you'll manage digital campaigns, monitor performance, generate insights, and support lead management while working closely with our sales, procurement, and project teams.
Requirements
Digital Marketing & Performance

Manage and optimize Google Ads and social media campaigns.

Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Track campaign performance through Google Ads and social media analytics.

Prepare monthly performance reports covering:
- Website traffic
- Lead generation
- Cost per lead
- Campaign ROI
- Engagement metrics

Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance and marketing results.
CRM & Lead Management
- Manage lead tracking using Zoho CRM.
- Ensure accurate lead source attribution.
- Coordinate with the Sales team for smooth lead handover.
- Generate reports on campaign performance and lead quality.
- Support workflow optimization across Zoho CRM, Zoho People, and Zoho Recruit.
Procurement Coordination
- Support procurement activities to ensure supplier contracts align with project requirements.
- Collect, evaluate, and compare vendor quotations before client presentations.
- Organize and monitor vendor and supplier agreements.
- Coordinate with the Project Engineer to monitor procurement timelines.
- Attend procurement meetings to stay updated on project progress, materials, and invoicing requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or performance marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and social media analytics.
- Experience with Zoho CRM is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or performance marketing.
