Job Overview

We are looking for a highly professional, target-driven ICT Product Sales Executive / Business Development Manager with strong experience in B2B, B2C, corporate, and export sales.

The ideal candidate must be a strong communicator, excellent negotiator, and proactive business developer who can generate leads, close deals, manage customer relationships, and contribute to revenue growth through ICT product sales.

This role is strictly focused on ICT product sales, wholesale trading, and export sales, not IT services or project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive sales of ICT hardware products across B2B, B2C, corporate, reseller, and export markets.
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Identify and develop international export clients across GCC, Africa, and global markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, retailers, and system integrators.
  • Convert leads into long-term business accounts and repeat customers.

Product Portfolio Sales

Promote and sell ICT products including:

  • Laptops, Desktops & All-in-One PCs
  • Workstations & Custom-built PCs
  • Gaming PCs & High-performance Systems
  • IT Accessories (Monitors, Keyboards, Mice, Storage Devices, etc.)
  • Servers & Enterprise NAS Storage Solutions
  • Networking Products (Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Wi-Fi Systems)
  • CCTV Surveillance Systems & Storage Solutions
  • IT Components and Hardware Devices

CRM, Marketing & Sales Operations

  • Maintain and manage CRM systems and structured sales pipeline tracking.
  • Prepare professional business emails, quotations, and proposals.
  • Perform sales forecasting and reporting for management review.
  • Conduct cold calling, follow-ups, and lead nurturing activities.
  • Use digital tools and platforms for lead generation and prospecting.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and customer outreach activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and deal status in CRM.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.

Digital & Communication Skills

  • Interest in creating social media content and short videos to promote ICT products and company services will be added advantage
  • Ability to support marketing efforts through product presentations and digital engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantage.
