Civil Project Engineer

Job Summary:

The Civil Site Engineer shall be responsible for managing and supervising construction activities from project commencement through completion, ensuring that all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, project schedules, and applicable Dubai authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
• Handle projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within approved budgets and schedules.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards.
• Manage and supervise site labor, foremen, and site supervisors.
• Allocate manpower efficiently based on project priorities and site requirements.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and professional conduct at project sites.
• Review drawings and specifications before commencement of work.
• Perform quantity take-offs and assist in material planning and forecasting.
• Coordinate with the Design Department and Quantity Surveying team for technical clarifications and project requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction activities.
• Coordinate with the Procurement and Purchasing Department for timely material procurement and delivery to site.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with MEP teams to avoid conflicts and ensure proper integration of services.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Monitor project schedules and submit status updates to the Project Manager.
• Possess sound knowledge of Dubai construction regulations, building codes, authority requirements, and industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with all local authority approvals, permits, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with relevant authorities and consultants when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering
• 4 to 5 years experience in construction Field UAE
• Expert knowledge of construction authority rules and regulation
• Must have Valid UAE driving License.

Immediate joiners are preferred

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
