Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized Sales Team Coordinator to support our real estate sales team with daily operations, documentation, lead management, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication between agents, management, and clients while maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily activities of the sales team
Manage property listings and documentation
Track leads and update CRM systems
Schedule client meetings and property viewings
Prepare reports and sales performance summaries
Follow up with clients and agents regarding documentation
Coordinate with developers and property owners
Maintain organized digital records and files
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in administration or sales coordination
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communication skills in English
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
