Senior Systems Officer

We are currently hiring a Senior Systems Officer on behalf of a prestigious client, based in their Dubai office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and basic Linux systems.
• Administer Active Directory services, including user accounts, group management, and access control.
• Monitor backup operations and ensure successful completion of backup jobs.
• Perform data restoration tasks and validate backup integrity.
• Assist in managing virtualization environments (VMware / Hyper-V) under supervision.
• Support storage systems and basic file server management.
• Monitor network performance and connectivity and resolve LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi issues.
• Monitor system performance, logs, and security events and report suspicious activities to the Information Security Team.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• With a minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in Information Technology (IT) systems and infrastructure.
