Description

  • We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our growing customs clearance business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process online customs declarations through Sharjah Customs systems.
  • Prepare customs clearance and shipping documentation.
  • Coordinate shipment deliveries and schedule drivers efficiently.
  • Liaise with shipping lines and clients.
  • Collect and record business expenses in the accounting system.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proactive, takes ownership, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable using online systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience in administration, logistics, freight forwarding, or customs clearance is an advantage.

Working Hours & Benefits

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Employment visa provided
  • Medical insurance provided

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
