EPYGEN is an established Biotechnology Company, operating in the UAE since 2005, having branches in USA and India. It is hiring an 'Frontdesk & Logistics Coordinator - to work in the Admin Department with a minimum of 07-10 years of experience in Manufacturing/Biotechnology Industry. Job description:

1. Customer Service

* Order processing (making sure that all steps are fulfilled i.e. PO, accepted PI, LC copy, Production Request and finally Despatch)

* Production Scheduling (Issuing Production Request)* Coordinating with Laboratory for reports

* Coordinating with Logistics providers daily

* Coordinating with Banks for order-processing

* Coordinating with customers for order-related communication * Invoicing and payment follow up

2. Sales Support

* Support Sales Team as per demand in terms of communication, documentation, sending quotations etc.

* Event coordination as per Sales Team requirements like Venue/Hotel bookings, promotional aids etc.

* ISO documentation related to the company's Sales Function - Collect and document: Order processing documents, customer feedback, Complaint handling, Recording Customer Visits if any

* Assisting in marketing activities such as arranging promotional items, registering for industry fair visits etc.

* Customer/Visitor hospitality - arranging meeting rooms, booking hotels, arranging visit visas for clients as per sales requirements with Director's approval

3. Production Coordination

* Making sure that Production Request is issued promptly so that the order execution is not delayed

* Maintaining clear communication with Production Department about logistic schedules whilst liaising with service providers

* Arranging samples for the Sales Team as per their requests

4. QA Coordination

* Preparing and maintaining Product Data Sheet / MSDS / Promotional materials / Compliance certificates

5. Administrative Support

* Managing office stationery supplies and coordinating with vendors for the most cost-efficient solutions

* Secretarial duties for Directors

* Manage office courier for documents and sample shipments

* Managing the main telephone switchboard

Qualifications Required

· Bachelor’s Degree
Working Experience

· Minimum 7 to 10 years’ experience overall, with good working knowledge of commercial logistics.

Working Hours - 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday

Location - Dubai Science Park

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
