About the Role
The Strategic Accounts Manager will lead Tate's engagement with key hyperscale clients, developers, and contractors across UAE and OMAN region. This role requires strong commercial leadership, regional understanding, and the ability to build long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Drive growth across the UAE and Oman hyperscale and enterprise data centre markets
Own full sales lifecycle from pipeline generation to project award
Target major projects at early design stage across UAE and Oman
Build relationships with hyperscalers, developers, contractors, consultants, and engineers
Act as trusted advisor on data centre infrastructure solutions
Promote solutions with specifiers to secure early design inclusion
Represent Tate at regional industry events
Collaborate with internal teams to support project delivery
Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements
Maintain CRM (salesforce) pipeline and provide accurate forecasting
IMS Responsibilities
Adhere to the Employee Handbook, Group Code of Conduct, the Group Compliance Policy, the IMS Policy, and all other applicable company policies and procedures.
Maintain awareness of the requirements of, and their individual contribution to and impact on the effectiveness of, the Integrated Management System (IMS), including Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental and Product Compliance objectives and requirements.
Report on unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, incidents, and injuries, quality issues, compliance concerns, violations to the appropriate personnel without delay.
Participate in required training, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
Minimum 5 years' experience in construction or data centre sector
Experience working in Middle East markets preferred
Experience with hyperscale or mission-critical environments desirable
Skills & Competencies
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Understanding of MEA construction and procurement practices
Excellent relationship-building abilities
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools/ Salesforce
AutoCAD or BIM knowledge is a plus
Additional Requirements
