Finance Manager

*Salary Range:* AED 7,000 – AED 10,000

### Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the complete finance, accounting, taxation, reporting, budgeting, and operational finance functions of the organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong UAE finance experience and be capable of independently managing multiple entities, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth through effective financial management and analysis.

### Key Responsibilities

#### Financial Accounting & Reporting

* Manage end-to-end accounting operations and month-end/year-end closing.

* Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.

* Ensure compliance with IFRS and company accounting policies.

* Monitor General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.

#### Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis

* Prepare annual budgets and forecasts.

* Conduct variance analysis between actual and budgeted performance.

* Prepare management reports with actionable business insights.

* Support strategic decision-making through financial and scenario analysis.

#### Cash Flow & Treasury Management

* Monitor daily cash flow and working capital requirements.

* Manage banking relationships and financing arrangements.

* Oversee cash forecasting and fund utilization.

* Monitor debt obligations, interest costs, and liquidity position.

#### Taxation & Compliance

* Handle UAE Corporate Tax compliance and planning.

* Manage VAT returns, reconciliations, and FTA requirements.

* Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

* Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.

#### Inventory, Costing & Operations Finance

* Monitor inventory controls, stock reconciliations, and valuation.

* Review manufacturing and operational costs.

* Analyze cost of sales, gross margins, and operational efficiencies.

* Support warehouse, procurement, and production teams through financial controls.

#### ERP & Process Improvement

* Lead ERP implementation, migration, and enhancement projects.

* Develop and improve internal controls, SOPs, and financial processes.

* Ensure data accuracy and system integrity across departments.

#### Team Management

* Supervise and guide finance and accounting staff.

* Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.

* Provide training and support for continuous development.

### Requirements

* Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, ACCA, CA, CPA, CMA or equivalent.

* Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience.

* Reasonable knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and UAE Corporate Tax.

* Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Focus, ERPNext, or similar.

* Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

* Ability to manage multiple legal entities and business divisions with team.
