Job Summary
Galleria Tours is looking for an experienced, target-driven, and well-connected Business Development Manager to lead the company’s sales growth, develop strategic partnerships, generate new business opportunities, and expand Galleria Tours’ presence in the travel and tourism market.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in travel and tourism sales, B2B partnerships, inbound tourism, corporate travel, and international partner development. This role requires someone who can bring business, build relationships, manage key accounts, and support the company’s growth strategy.
Main Objective of the Role
The main objective of this role is to generate revenue and expand Galleria Tours’ business by developing strong relationships with overseas travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients, DMCs, hotels, suppliers, and strategic partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales Growth
- Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities in inbound tourism, outbound travel, corporate travel, group travel, and B2B partnerships.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into confirmed business.
- Approach overseas travel agents, tour operators, DMCs, corporate clients, schools, group organizers, and international partners.
- Promote Galleria Tours’ services as a reliable UAE-based travel and tourism partner.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, revenue targets, and partner development goals.
- Build a strong pipeline of potential clients and partners.
B2B & International Partner Development
- Build and maintain relationships with overseas travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients, and international travel partners.
- Develop partnerships with agents and companies that can send clients and groups to Dubai and the UAE.
- Present Galleria Tours’ company profile, services, packages, destination products, and proposals to potential partners.
- Negotiate partnership terms, service agreements, pricing structures, and commercial opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-up with partners to generate repeat business and long-term cooperation.
- Represent Galleria Tours professionally in meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and travel trade opportunities.
Inbound Tourism Development
- Develop inbound tourism business for Dubai and the UAE.
- Promote services such as hotels, transfers, airport services, city tours, desert safari, attractions, theme parks, cruises, group programs, VIP services, and customized UAE itineraries.
- Identify source markets with strong potential for UAE inbound tourism.
- Work with overseas partners to create attractive UAE travel packages and group programs.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure quotations and itineraries are accurate, competitive, and deliverable.
Corporate & Group Sales
- Develop corporate travel accounts, group travel opportunities, incentive groups, school groups, family groups, and special interest groups.
- Approach companies, associations, schools, universities, event organizers, and corporate travel planners.
