Job Summary
Galleria Tours is looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing activities that increase brand visibility, generate leads, support sales, and promote the company’s travel and tourism services.
The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, social media, content planning, campaign management, branding, and lead generation. This role requires someone who can combine creativity with strategy and help position Galleria Tours as a reliable travel partner for both B2C clients and B2B international partners.
Main Objective of the Role
The main objective of this role is to build Galleria Tours’ brand presence, attract quality inquiries, support sales campaigns, and increase awareness of the company’s inbound, outbound, group, corporate, and customized travel services.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Campaigns
- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote Galleria Tours’ services.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns for inbound tourism, outbound travel, group travel, corporate travel, seasonal offers, and destination packages.
- Support the launch of promotional campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Identify target audiences and create marketing messages suitable for each segment.
- Work closely with sales and business development teams to create campaigns that generate qualified leads.
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Digital Marketing
- Manage digital marketing activities across social media, website, email, Google Business Profile, and online platforms.
- Support paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels when required.
- Track digital performance including reach, engagement, inquiries, leads, and conversions.
- Assist in improving website visibility through SEO-friendly content and regular updates.
- Manage online listings and ensure company information is accurate and professional.
- Support email marketing campaigns for clients, corporate accounts, and B2B travel partners.
Social Media & Content Planning
- Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.
- Prepare monthly content calendars for posts, reels, stories, campaigns, and promotions.
- Create engaging captions, travel content, destination highlights, package promotions, and company updates.
- Coordinate photo and video content for travel packages, tours, attractions, hotels, events, and company activities.
- Monitor comments, messages, inquiries, and engagement on social media platforms.
- Forward potential leads to the sales team and ensure timely follow-up.
Branding & Marketing Materials
- Maintain consistency in company branding, tone, visual identity, and communication style.
- Create or coordinate brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, company profiles, rate sheets, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all marketing materials are professional, accurate, and aligned with Galleria Tours’ brand image.
- Support the preparation of marketing materials for B2B partners, corporate clients, exhibitions, and sales meetings.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, photographers, videographers,
