Euroswift Middle East Trading LLC specializes in retail fixtures, shopfitting, and turnkey fit-out solutions for supermarkets, hypermarkets, fashion stores, pharmacies, and specialty retail brands across the GCC.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to oversee retail fit-out and shopfitting projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong site management skills, experience in coordinating multiple trades, and the ability to deliver projects on time while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure projects are completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Plan and schedule manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control throughout the project.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and progress reports.
• Attend site meetings and maintain project documentation.
• Resolve technical issues and coordinate design clarifications with the engineering team.
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company HSE standards.
• Verify measurements, prepare site reports, and support project handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of UAE experience in retail fit-out, shopfitting, interior fit-out, or commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of site execution, finishing works, and project coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret construction and shop drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
