Estimation Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Estimation Engineer to join our interior fit-out team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing tender documents, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, and supporting the successful submission of competitive bids for commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, and office fit-out projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as an Estimation Engineer in the interior fit-out industry.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of UAE interior fit-out materials, suppliers, and market rates.
• Experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, office, and residential fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and estimation software.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Candidates holding a valid UAE Sponsor Visa will be preferred..
• UAE Driving Licence is an added advantage.
