Project Executive/ Project Engineer - Interior Fit Out

*Candidates only with Interior Designing experience preferred*

As a Project Executive specializing in Fit-Out projects, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of fit-out projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

(Candidates with Architectural/ Interior Designing experience will be preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Manage fit-out projects from inception to handover, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, progress reports, and change orders.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and provide updates on project status.
• Manage project budgets and expenses to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members to promote collaboration and project success.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to fit-out projects.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, promoting professional development and growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in fit-out project management, with a minimum of 1-3 years in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out construction techniques, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate with clients and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
