About the Role
The CRM Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Sales and Engineering teams by ensuring accurate, timely, and structured data management within the CRM system. The role focuses on maintaining high data quality, supporting sales processes, and enabling effective reporting and pipeline visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Input, update, and maintain accurate customer, project, and opportunity data within the CRM system
Support Sales and Engineering teams with timely data entry and system updates
Ensure consistency and standardisation of CRM data across all users and regions
Track and maintain sales pipeline information including leads, opportunities, and project stages
Perform regular data cleansing to remove duplicates and ensure data integrity
Generate standard reports and dashboards to support commercial decision-making
Assist with CRM administration tasks including user support and system updates
Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Commercial teams to align CRM usage with business processes
Support bid tracking, project logging, and documentation within the CRM
Identify gaps or inconsistencies in data and proactively resolve issues
Maintain clear documentation of CRM processes, standards, and workflows
Support continuous improvement of CRM processes and adoption across the organization
Provide sales support including order processing, documentation management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
IMS Responsibilities
Adhere to the Employee Handbook, Group Code of Conduct, the Group Compliance Policy, the IMS Policy, and all other applicable company policies and procedures.
Maintain awareness of the requirements of, and their individual contribution to and impact on the effectiveness of, the Integrated Management System (IMS), including Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental and Product Compliance objectives and requirements.
Report on unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, incidents, and injuries, quality issues, compliance concerns, violations to the appropriate personnel without delay.
Participate in required training, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Education
Degree or diploma in Business, Administration, Engineering, or related discipline
Experience
2-4 years experience in CRM, sales support, or administrative roles
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, HubSpot)
Experience supporting sales or technical teams is desirable
Skills
High attention to detail with strong data accuracy focus
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple inputs and priorities
Good understanding of sales processes and pipeline management
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement
