Business Support System Specialist

Position: Business Support Specialist (With strong IT, Coding & AI skills)

We are seeking a proactive and technology-driven Business Support Specialist with strong Coding and AI knowledge to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automation solutions to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
• Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity, reporting, and workflow management.
• Develop scripts, applications, and data solutions using Python, SQL, APIs, VBA, or similar technologies.
• Create dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support management decisions.
• Analyze business data, Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.
• Support system integrations, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify and implement technology-driven solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong coding skills (Python, SQL, VBA, APIs, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and data analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Should be available in the United Arab Emirates
