Role Overview

Digital Emenu is looking for an experienced QA Tester to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our digital ordering and menu management platform. The role involves end-to-end testing of web and mobile applications, identifying issues, and working closely with developers to deliver a seamless user experience for restaurant clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases based on requirements and user stories
• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications (Digital E-Menu platform)
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and system testing
• Work closely with developers and product team to ensure timely issue resolution
• Participate in requirement analysis and provide QA feedback early in development cycle
• Ensure product quality before every release
• Prepare and maintain test reports and QA documentation
• Validate API responses using tools like Postman
• Support production issue verification when required
• Automation testing along with automation testing frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in Software QA / Testing
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
• Experience in manual testing and test case creation
• Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (Jira or similar)
• Basic knowledge of API testing (Postman or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of web and mobile application testing
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
