Lead Solutions Architect & Head of Engineering

About the Role

We are looking for a senior technical leader to take ownership of the design, architecture and delivery of multiple SaaS and fintech-related platforms.

The role is suited to someone who is still hands-on technically, but also capable of leading developers, setting architecture standards, reviewing code, managing delivery and translating business ideas into well-structured software products.

This is not a purely corporate CTO role. We need a practical builder who can think strategically, design properly, manage a team and get products delivered.

Our current product pipeline includes an accounting SaaS platform, a crowdfunding and investment platform, payment-related systems, AI-enabled workflows, CRM-connected systems and other technology products across related business areas.

Key Responsibilities

· Own the technical architecture across multiple SaaS platforms.

· Translate business ideas into technical specifications, workflows, APIs and development tasks.

· Lead and manage internal and external developers.

· Review code and enforce development standards.

· Design scalable, secure and maintainable systems.

· Oversee frontend, backend, database, cloud infrastructure and deployment.

· Help build and manage an offshore development capability.

· Work closely with business leadership to deliver new products.

· Establish best practices for testing, DevOps, release management and security.

· Ensure systems include appropriate audit trails, permissions and financial controls.
