Engraving Specialist & Creative Designer

We specialize in laser engraving, UV printing, custom gifts, corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, signage, and personalized products for individuals, businesses, and government entities across the UAE.

We are currently looking for a talented, creative, and hands-on Engraving Specialist & Creative Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, personalization, craftsmanship, and innovation, with strong graphic design skills and experience operating engraving and printing equipment. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn new technologies, continuously improve their skills, and share knowledge by mentoring and supporting fellow team members.

Job Purpose

• Responsible for creating artwork, preparing production files, and operating engraving and personalization equipment to deliver premium-quality customized products.
• Support customers with creative design solutions while ensuring production accuracy, exceptional craftsmanship, and excellent customer service.
• Contribute innovative ideas for new products, personalization techniques, and creative services while maintaining high production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate laser engraving, UV printing, and personalization equipment efficiently and safely.
• Prepare production-ready artwork for engraving, printing, and customization projects.
• Design custom artwork, layouts, logos, and personalized products based on customer requirements.
• Customize products including tumblers, perfume bottles, pens, awards, plaques, leather goods, acrylic items, signage, gifts, and promotional merchandise.
• Ensure all artwork is technically accurate and optimized for production.
• Assist customers with design concepts, product selection, and personalization ideas.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to deliver projects on time.
• Maintain high standards of quality control and attention to detail.
• Troubleshoot artwork and production issues to ensure excellent output quality.
• Develop creative concepts and recommend new personalization ideas and products.
• Keep engraving machines, tools, and workstations clean and properly maintained.
• Support exhibitions, live engraving activations, and corporate events when required.
• Stay up to date with design trends, engraving technologies, and AI-powered creative tools.
• Learn new production techniques, materials, and equipment to expand capabilities.
• Train and mentor junior team members on design, production workflows, and machine operations.
• Share knowledge, best practices, and creative techniques to strengthen the team's capabilities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across design and production processes.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, engraving, personalization, printing, signage, or creative production.
• Experience operating laser engraving, UV printing, CNC, or related production equipment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of materials such as acrylic, wood, leather, metal, glass, and promotional products.
• Experience in corporate gifting, branding, signage, or personalization industries is an advantage.
• UAE experience is preferred.
