Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive specialized in Spices & Seasonings with strong experience in the UAE FMCG market. The ideal candidate must possess proven expertise in handling major retail chains, hypermarkets, cooperatives, and wholesale channels across the UAE, with the ability to build long-term business relationships and drive consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Promote and sell the company’s spices, seasonings, herbs, and food products across the UAE market.

· Manage and develop business relationships with major hypermarkets, supermarkets, and retail groups including:

* Lulu Hypermarket- Nesto Hypermarket- Union Coop- Carrefour

* Cooperative Societies across the UAE

· Identify and secure new business opportunities within retail, wholesale, HORECA, and food distribution sectors.

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.

· Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, visibility, shelving, and merchandising standards.

· Negotiate product listings, promotions, display agreements, and commercial terms with key accounts.

· Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and provide timely market intelligence reports.

· Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

· Follow up on collections and ensure adherence to company credit policies.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in spices, food products, or FMCG sector within the UAE.

· Strong hands-on experience dealing with major hypermarkets and retail chains across the UAE market.

· Existing network and strong business relationships with purchasing teams and category buyers in key retail groups is highly preferred.

· Excellent knowledge of UAE retail distribution channels and FMCG market dynamics.

· Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

· Ability to work independently and achieve aggressive sales targets.

· Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and sales reporting systems.

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • spices, food products, or FMCG sector within the UAE: 4 years (Required)
  • knowledge of UAE retail distribution : 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • DRIVING LICENSE (Required)
