As an IT Channel Sales Manager , you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through a high-performing partner ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding our network of channel partners—including resellers, distributors, system integrators, and value-added partners—ensuring they are enabled, engaged, and aligned with our sales strategy.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute a channel sales strategy to drive growth through partners
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new resellers, distributors, and system integrators
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
- Drive revenue by managing partner pipelines, forecasts, and joint business plans
- Enable partners through training, tools, and ongoing sales support
- Collaborate with marketing on partner campaigns, programs, and incentives
- Monitor partner performance and optimise the partner ecosystem
- Provide market insights, track competitor activity, and report on channel performance Qualifications:
- 6–8 years of experience in IT channel sales or partner management
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent experienc Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and manage partner relationships
- Experience working with distributors, resellers, or system integrators
- Knowledge of electrical products / instrumentation is highly desirable
- Commercially driven, with a track record of achieving revenue targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools What We Offer:
