We are currently looking for a highly experienced, commercially driven, and results-oriented Tender & Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying high-value tender opportunities, generating qualified leads, managing procurement registrations, and securing exhibition, event, and interior fit-out projects through strategic business development and tendering.

Job Purpose

Responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing high-value tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and business opportunities across the exhibitions, events, interior fit-out, and joinery sectors.

Drive business growth through strategic lead generation, tender management, vendor registrations, CRM pipeline management, and relationship building while ensuring all submissions are competitive, compliant, and submitted within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and monitor new tender opportunities across UAE and GCC government, semi-government, and private procurement portals.
  • Generate high-quality business leads through networking, market research, industry events, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain relationships with procurement teams, consultants, project managers, architects, contractors, and corporate decision-makers.
  • Register and maintain the company on procurement portals, vendor databases, and prequalification platforms.
  • Manage vendor registrations with government entities, developers, consultants, and major corporate organizations.
  • Maintain and update CRM with qualified leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and tender activities.
  • Review tender documents, BOQs, specifications, drawings, and RFP requirements.
  • Coordinate with Estimation, Design, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to prepare complete tender submissions.
  • Prepare technical submissions, compliance documents, commercial proposals, and bid documentation.
  • Ensure all tender submissions are accurate, compliant, competitive, and submitted before deadlines.
  • Manage tender clarifications, client communications, negotiations, and post-bid activities.
  • Track tender status, award notifications, and project conversions.
  • Maintain a healthy sales and tender pipeline and prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
  • Research competitors, market trends, pricing benchmarks, and new business opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to improve tender success rates and lead conversion performance.
  • Identify strategic partnerships and subcontracting opportunities to strengthen bids.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Continuously expand the company's network of clients, consultants, developers, and procurement contacts.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience in Tendering, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Proposal Management.
  • Strong experience within Exhibitions, Events, Interior Fit-Out, Joinery, Construction, or Design & Build industries.
  • Proven experience managing government, semi-government, and private sector tenders.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE and GCC procurement portals and tendering processes.
  • Experience with vendor registration and prequalification procedures.
  • Existing network of clients, consultants, procurement professionals, and decision-makers is highly preferred.
  • UAE Driving License is preferred.
