We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our client base, build strong relationships, and drive sales across India and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Schedule and conduct online product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend the right PropFusion solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up with leads and manage the complete sales pipeline.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Coordinate with the technical and support teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Comfortable working remotely.
- Basic understanding of SaaS products, CRM software, or Real Estate Technology is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Experience using CRM software is preferred but not mandatory.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
