About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding successful hires. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for talent acquisition, and experience recruiting across various industries, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
• Create and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Perform reference and background checks.
• Prepare offer letters and coordinate the onboarding process.
• Maintain recruitment records and applicant databases.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of recruitment experience .
• Strong knowledge of recruitment portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Familiarity with UAE labour laws is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
