We're on the lookout for a forward-thinking, AI-savvy Marketing Executive who can build a bold digital footprint for our brand across the UAE and beyond.
Position Overview
As our Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in shaping the digital marketing strategy for our luxury brand. You'll use modern tools, smart automation, and data-driven campaigns to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and drive bookings across our holiday home portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a creative-yet-analytical space, understands the full digital ecosystem, and is passionate about blending tech with storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Strategy
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing plans (organic & paid).
- Lead SEO efforts (on-page/off-page, content optimization, keyword research, Google Search Console) using the latest SEO technologies and tools to stay ahead of algorithm changes and industry trends.
- Run and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, retargeting, display).
- Manage email marketing automation (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
Social Media & Branding
- Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Plan content calendars and collaborate with graphic/video team to produce engaging posts.
- Track engagement and follower growth with analytics tools.
- Work on creative campaigns, influencer partnerships, and UGC strategies.
AI & Martech Tools
- Use AI tools for content creation (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai), image generation (MidJourney, DALL·E), and SEO optimization (Surfer SEO, SEMrush).
- Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content using AI-powered writing and content generation tools, ensuring all content aligns with brand voice and search intent.
- Automate reporting and performance tracking using tools like Google Data Studio and GA4.
- Run A/B testing to improve ad and landing page performance.
Website & Analytics
- Collaborate with web developers to improve site UX and conversions.
- Track and report on traffic, campaign ROI, conversion rates, and user behavior.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate, travel, or hospitality.
- Proven expertise in using AI tools for copy, creative, automation, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience creating content through AI tools, with a strong understanding of how to apply the latest technology and best practices for SEO.
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn).
- Creative thinker with excellent writing skills and content ideation.
- Comfortable managing budgets, forecasting ROI, and scaling campaigns.
- Knowledge of Airbnb and short-term rental market trends is a huge plus.
