Business Development Manager

We're excited to partner with an international civil engineering firm in Dubai to find an experienced Business Development Manager to join its growing team.

If you have a strong track record in business development within the Architecture & Engineering Consultancy sector and thrive in an international business environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Requirements:

• 10–13 years of relevant business development experience
• Proven experience in the Architecture & Engineering Consultancy industry (mandatory)
• Experience with an international consultancy is highly preferred
• Background with a mid-sized architectural and/or engineering consultancy is ideal
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and client management skills
• Ability to independently identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
• Multilingual candidates will have an added advantage
