**We Are Hiring: Patient Relations Executive

We are seeking a dedicated, patient-focused **Patient Relations Manager/Executive** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing patient experience, managing communication, and ensuring smooth coordination between patients and healthcare teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to ensure a positive healthcare experience.

* Act as the main point of contact for patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

* Handle patient complaints professionally and provide timely resolutions.

* Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and internal departments to improve patient care services.

* Assist patients with appointments, follow-ups, and treatment-related communication.

* Monitor patient satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service quality.

* Collect and analyze patient feedback to enhance overall patient experience.

* Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with healthcare policies.

* Support patient onboarding and guide patients throughout their healthcare journey.

* Manage communication with patients before, during, and after consultations or procedures.

* Handle challenging situations with empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.

* Prepare reports related to patient satisfaction and service performance.

**Requirements:**

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* 3+ Years of Experience in patient relations, healthcare administration, customer service, or a related field.

* Ability to handle patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.

* Must speak and write Arabic.

* Excellent organizational and coordination skills.

* Knowledge in computer and statistical work is recommended.

* Holder of a valid UAE Driving license.

* Ability to work effectively with medical and administrative teams.
