Roles and Responsibilities

1. Pickup and Delivery

• Collect items from vendors and deliver them to customers promptly.
• Ensure deliveries are handled professionally, reflecting the high standards of HUMD.

2. Product Inspection

• Verify product quality and quantity against the specifications confirmed by the customer.
• Report any discrepancies immediately to the Purchase Manager.

3. Packaging

• Before delivering to the customer, place the product in HUMD packaging.
• Ensure the packaging is secure, presentable, and meets HUMD's standards.

4. Coordination with Purchase Manager

• Work closely with the Purchase Manager to streamline the logistics process.
• Minimize the involvement of other team members by taking ownership of tasks.

5. Scheduling Deliveries

• Optimize delivery schedules to eliminate unnecessary wastage of time and resources.

6. Vendor Communication

• Relay last-minute updates or critical information from vendors accurately.
• Ensure smooth coordination for timely pickups and deliveries.

7. Invoice Management

• Maintain a file of all invoices related to pickups and deliveries.
• Share this file with the Accounts team on a weekly basis.

8. Overseas Dispatch

• Confirm proper packaging for overseas shipments to prevent damage during transit.
• Deliver the product to the courier service and obtain all necessary documentation.
• Verify and maintain records of shipping details for future reference.

9. Customer Communication

• Inform the Customer Service Executive (CSE) promptly if deliveries cannot be completed for any reason.

10. Vehicle Maintenance

• Ensure the company vehicle is clean at all times.
• Oversee timely servicing to ensure smooth vehicle operations.

11. Safety

• Keep the vehicle free of any damages (e.g., accidents or parts damage).
• Follow lane discipline to ensure the safety of the products and other travellers.

Experience - 1-2 Years.
Salary -upto 3000 - 3500 AED.
Both Manual and automatic license are mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
