Position Title: Brand Manager – Contemporary Fashion

About the Client:

A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands.

Job Description:

• Ensure brand consistency across all channels, including digital platforms, advertising, and in-store experiences.
• Oversee retail operations, including store management, staffing, and customer service standards. Develop and enforce standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and consistency.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring strategic alignment. Monitor campaign performance and optimize investments to achieve ROI targets.
• Manage relationships with brands, wholesale accounts, and key stakeholders to drive alignment and collaboration Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in retail brand management, with a proven track record of developing and executing brand strategies.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and omnichannel brand management.
• Excellent Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools to monitor KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance About the company
