Russian-Speaking Preferred | Russian & CIS Market Focus

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Corporate Sales Executive to join our growing travel company in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have experience in corporate sales within the travel and tourism industry, with strong knowledge of the Russian-speaking market, preferably including Russia and CIS countries.

Russian language proficiency is highly preferred, especially for candidates who can communicate professionally with Russian-speaking corporate clients, travel agencies, partners, and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B corporate clients, especially within the Russian-speaking and CIS markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel partners, agencies, and key decision-makers.
  • Promote corporate travel solutions, holiday packages, business travel services, visas, and other travel-related products.
  • Prepare and present customized travel proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close business deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, corporate clients, agencies, and industry trends.
  • Develop relationships with Russian-speaking travel agencies, companies, and business communities in Dubai and internationally.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Coordinate with operations, reservations, visa, and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B corporate sales, preferably within the travel and tourism industry.
  • Strong understanding of corporate travel, travel agency sales, tourism services, or B2B travel partnerships.
  • Russian language proficiency is highly preferred; native or near-native Russian is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the Russian, CIS, or Russian-speaking client market is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in lead generation, business development, client acquisition, and closing corporate deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Professional appearance with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Good English communication skills are required.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The preferred candidate is someone who can combine B2B sales ability, travel industry knowledge, and Russian-speaking market access. Candidates with an existing network among Russian-speaking companies, travel agencies, relocation clients, corporate clients, or tourism partners will be given priority.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
