About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, professional, and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing travel company in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new B2B business opportunities, building partnerships, approaching corporate clients, travel agencies, tourism companies, relocation companies, and other business partners within the travel and tourism sector.

Experience with the Russian-speaking, Russian, or CIS market is highly preferred. Russian language skills are an advantage, but the main focus of this role is business development, client acquisition, partnership building, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in the travel and tourism sector.
  • Approach corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, relocation companies, and business partners.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients and strategic partners.
  • Develop the Russian-speaking, Russian, CIS, and international client/partner network where applicable.
  • Promote company services including corporate travel, hotel bookings, flight solutions, visas, transfers, holiday packages, VIP travel, and other travel-related products.
  • Prepare business proposals, partnership offers, quotations, and commercial presentations.
  • Negotiate business terms, partnership agreements, and B2B cooperation models.
  • Support the company in building new sales channels and market entry opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new clients, competitors, industry trends, and business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal operations, reservations, visa, and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Follow up with leads, partners, and corporate accounts to convert opportunities into active business.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, follow-up reports, and weekly business development updates.
  • Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, corporate sales, travel agency sales, or partnership development.
  • Experience in the travel and tourism industry is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of B2B client acquisition, partnership building, and account development.
  • Familiarity with the Russian-speaking, Russian, CIS, or international travel market is highly preferred.
  • Existing network among travel agencies, corporate clients, relocation companies, tourism companies, or business communities is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to open new markets and create business opportunities independently.
  • Professional appearance and positive business attitude.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Good English communication skills are required.
  • Russian language skills are an advantage.
  • UAE experience and valid UAE driving license are advantages.
