About the Role
We are seeking an experienced E-commerce & Loyalty Program Specialist with a proven background in a UAE-based E-commerce or D2C brand. The ideal candidate will drive online sales growth, performance marketing, customer acquisition, loyalty programs, CRM, and conversion optimization while managing day-to-day e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Management
- Drive online sales, AOV, CLV, and revenue growth.
- Manage website merchandising, product listings, promotions, pricing, and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate with merchandising and supply chain teams on inventory and product launches.
- Optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across:
- Google Ads, Google Shopping & Performance Max
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn & YouTube Ads
Responsible for:
- Budget management
- Audience targeting & remarketing
- Landing page optimization
- A/B testing
- ROAS & CPA optimization
- Customer acquisition campaigns
Loyalty & CRM
Manage customer retention through:
- Loyalty, Rewards & VIP Programs
- Referral, Cashback & Subscription Programs
- Customer Segmentation
- Email, SMS & WhatsApp Marketing
- Push Notifications
- Cart Abandonment & Win-back Campaigns
- Customer Lifecycle Automation
Marketplace & Website Management
Manage marketplaces including:
- Amazon UAE
- Noon
- Carrefour Marketplace
- Talabat Mart
- Deliveroo
- Instashop
- Noon Minutes
Manage e-commerce platforms:
- Shopify / Shopify Plus
- WooCommerce
- Magento / Adobe Commerce
- BigCommerce
Responsibilities include product uploads, category management, promotions, coupon creation, checkout optimization, search optimization, and website merchandising.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in E-commerce & Digital Marketing.
- Minimum 3 years with a UAE-based E-commerce or D2C brand.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, online sales growth, CRM, and loyalty program management.
- Experience managing significant digital marketing budgets is an advantage.
