Description

Job Purpose

To provide administrative support to the procurement department by managing documentation, purchase orders, supplier records, and procurement reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
  • Maintain procurement files and supplier records.
  • Follow up with suppliers regarding quotations and deliveries.
  • Update procurement trackers and purchase logs.
  • Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with finance for payment processing.
  • Prepare procurement reports and monthly summaries.
  • Maintain confidentiality of procurement documentation.
  • Assist in supplier registration and documentation.
  • Support procurement audits and compliance activities.

Qualification

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in procurement or administration.
