Description
Job Purpose
To provide administrative support to the procurement department by managing documentation, purchase orders, supplier records, and procurement reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
- Maintain procurement files and supplier records.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding quotations and deliveries.
- Update procurement trackers and purchase logs.
- Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders.
- Coordinate with finance for payment processing.
- Prepare procurement reports and monthly summaries.
- Maintain confidentiality of procurement documentation.
- Assist in supplier registration and documentation.
- Support procurement audits and compliance activities.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years in procurement or administration.
