Amazon Ads Specialist / Account Management

Location: Dubai, UAE (on-site / hybrid)
Type: Full-time
Experience: Open to freshers with strong fundamentals through to 2–3 years

About the role

We're a Dubai-based distributor for leading consumer electronics brands, selling across Amazon.ae and Noon. We're looking for someone who can own advertising performance and day-to-day account health across these marketplaces. This is a numbers-first role: if you enjoy digging into data, finding what's working, and turning it into action, you'll do well here.

We care more about analytical ability and a genuine grasp of e-commerce than years on a CV. A strong fresher who knows their way around Excel and understands how marketplace advertising works will be taken seriously.

What you'll do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) on Amazon.ae and equivalent ad placements on Noon
  • Monitor and improve key metrics — ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate — and act on what the data tells you
  • Manage keyword research, bids, budgets, negative targeting, and campaign structure
  • Track inventory, pricing, buy-box, and listing health; flag issues before they cost sales
  • Build and maintain reporting in Excel — pivot tables, dashboards, weekly performance summaries
  • Support overall account management: cases, content/listing quality, promotions, and coordination with brand and operations teams

Must-haves

  • Strong Excel skills — comfortable with pivot tables, lookups, and turning raw data into clear analysis (this is non-negotiable)
  • Solid analytical acumen: you can spot trends, diagnose problems, and explain the "why" behind the numbers
  • Working understanding of Amazon advertising and marketplace mechanics (or demonstrable, hands-on self-taught knowledge)
  • A real grasp of how e-commerce works end to end
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns/SKUs at once

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central / Seller Central or Noon Seller Lab
  • Familiarity with the UAE consumer electronics market
  • Exposure to advertising analytics or BI tools

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
