Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and hands-on Marketing Executive to support marketing execution and drive customer engagement, retention, and operational excellence across MyShops, MYX, and other MyGroup companies. The role combines marketing coordination, campaign implementation, BTL activations, vendor management, store coordination, CRM operations, WhatsApp marketing, customer insights, and budget tracking. The ideal candidate must be execution-focused, highly organized, and comfortable working across both office and retail store environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the key marketing coordinator between Head Office and relevant businesses to ensure smooth execution of all campaigns across.
• Execute the master marketing calendar and ensure all campaigns, launches, and weekly promotions are delivered on time across digital and retail channels.
• Coordinate with Retail, E-commerce, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of all marketing activities.
• Visit stores as required to check execution quality, branding compliance, and campaign implementation, and share feedback with management.
• Support retail teams with campaign understanding, promotional mechanics, and ongoing marketing updates.
• Plan and execute BTL activities including in-store activations, mall events, community events, exhibitions, sampling campaigns, seasonal promotions, trade marketing etc.
• Coordinate with mall management and relevant authorities for approvals, permits, and execution requirements for campaigns, events and activations.
• Manage vendors including print suppliers, production agencies, photographers, event companies, and merchandise suppliers, including quotations and delivery follow-ups.
• Coordinate production and distribution of POSM, packaging inserts, branded merchandise, and other campaign materials.
• Maintain marketing budget trackers across all MyGroup companies and monitor campaign spend against approved budgets.
• Track invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments, ensuring proper documentation and highlighting any budget variances to Marketing Manager
• Support execution of CRM initiatives including customer lifecycle journeys such as post-purchase engagement, abandoned cart recovery, win-back, loyalty, and reactivation campaigns.
• Assist in WhatsApp Business marketing including broadcasts, product launches, and promotional messaging in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Support customer segmentation based on behaviours, purchase history, lifecycle stage, product category, and spending patterns for targeted campaigns.
• Build and maintain CRM audiences for remarketing and campaign targeting across digital platforms.
• Oversee daily coordination of the toll-free customer helpline to ensure all enquiries are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently.
• Categorize and analyze call data including complaints, product queries, pricing issues, returns, and availability concerns.
• Support the Marketing Manager with any additional marketing-related tasks and responsibilities as required.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 3 plus years of experience in marketing coordination, retail marketing, or marketing operations.
• Experience in WhatsApp Business marketing and CRM-based customer engagement.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Experience working across multiple brands or retail store networks is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel between stores as required for execution and coordination.
• Preferably have own car and valid driving license.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented mindset.
