We are a fast-growing, technology-forward firm that values precision, ownership, and smart execution. We are looking for a motivated Junior Architect to join our team and grow with us.

The Role

This is a hands-on, dual-function position — split equally between office design work and active site presence. You will support project cost estimation, procurement & tracking from concept through handover, working directly with our Project Engineers and management team on live fit-out projects across all sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates for joinery and interior fit-out projects.
• Analyze construction drawings and specifications to determine material and labor requirements.
• Collect and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
• Assist in tender and bid preparation, including cost breakdowns and submission documents.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and project teams to meet budgets and deadlines.
• Monitor project costs and work within budget, providing cost-saving solutions when needed.

Requirements

• - Experience: Minimum of 3 years of (UAE ) experience is MUST in estimating and procurement within the Joinery & Fit-Out industry in the UAE.
• - Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cutting lists, materials, and technical aspects of joinery and fit-out work.
• - Proficiency: Experience with estimation software, MS Excel, and other tools commonly used in the industry.
• - Detail-Oriented: Ability to interpret complex drawings and specifications to generate precise estimates and material requirements.
• - Communication: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• - Proven Track Record: Applicants must provide proof of previous projects they have worked on, including estimated costs, quantities, and the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule.
• - Educational Background: Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
