Job Title: Social Media Executive – Catering & RestaurantJob Summary

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and results-oriented Social Media Executive to manage the digital presence of our catering and restaurant business. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, promote our catering services and restaurant offerings, increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate reservations and catering inquiries through effective social media and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to promote the company's catering services, restaurant menu, events, and special promotions.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including photos, videos, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns across social media platforms.
• Manage and monitor all social media accounts, responding promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and messages.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase restaurant footfall, online orders, reservations, and catering bookings.
• Coordinate with chefs, restaurant managers, and the sales team to promote seasonal menus, new dishes, corporate catering, and special events.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor social media performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare monthly performance reports with recommendations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, influencers, and external marketing partners when required.
• Ensure all digital content reflects the company's brand standards and maintains a consistent visual identity.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the catering, restaurant, hospitality, or F&B industry.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
