Job DescriptionOverview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Business Setup Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UAE company formation and will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, advising clients on business setup solutions, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end business setup advisory for clients across Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore jurisdictions.
• Generate, qualify, and convert high-value leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Provide expert consultation on UAE licensing structures, legal requirements, and business activity selection.
• Manage the full sales cycle including client onboarding, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Mentor and support junior consultants when required.
• Coordinate with PRO, documentation, and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely processing of applications.
• Stay updated on UAE business regulations and government policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in UAE Business Setup / Corporate Services.
• Strong knowledge of UAE company formation (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a target-driven environment.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
