Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities by promoting NFC payment devices, Android POS terminals, QR payment solutions, and Payment Link services to SMEs, retail businesses, restaurants, salons, pharmacies, clinics, supermarkets, e-commerce businesses, and corporate clients.

The role focuses on acquiring new merchants, achieving monthly sales targets, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and ensuring smooth onboarding of merchants.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Identify and approach potential merchants and business clients.
  • Promote NFC payment devices and Android POS terminals.
  • Sell Payment Link solutions for online and remote payments.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits.
  • Conduct product demonstrations.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals.
  • Close sales and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Merchant Acquisition

  • Register new merchants.
  • Collect all required KYC documents.
  • Coordinate with operations for merchant onboarding.
  • Follow up until merchant activation.
  • Ensure accurate documentation.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with merchants.
  • Conduct regular customer visits.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally.
  • Resolve basic issues and coordinate with support teams.
  • Identify upselling opportunities.

Market Development

  • Identify new market opportunities.
  • Research competitors.
  • Generate leads through networking and referrals.
  • Attend exhibitions and business events.
  • Develop strategic partnerships.

Reporting

  • Update CRM daily.
  • Submit daily sales activity reports.
  • Prepare weekly sales pipeline reports.
  • Provide monthly sales forecasts.
  • Track sales performance against KPIs.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in POS, fintech, banking, payment solutions, or telecom is preferred.
  • UAE driving license is highly preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
