Senior MEP Engineer

Job Summary:
BFMA Technical Works LLC is looking for a skilled Building MEP Engineer to manage and oversee Annual Maintenance Contract services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building maintenance, MEP systems, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage MEP maintenance activities (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Handle AMC operations including preventive and corrective maintenance
• Coordinate with clients, technicians, and subcontractors
• Ensure timely completion of work as per SLA/KPI requirements
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimun 5 years of UAE experience in MEP maintenance or AMC services
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

Location: Dubai

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Facility Engineer: 5 years (Preferred)
