SITE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate and manage site workforce, subcontractors, and trades to achieve efficient project execution.
• Ensure all site operations comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Monitor progress of works and report daily/weekly updates to the project engineer or manager.
• Resolve minor site issues and escalate technical or coordination problems when necessary.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment on site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain productivity and workmanship standards.
• Support implementation of HSE requirements and promote a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in construction site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site coordination.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage workforce and subcontractors effectively.
