MEP Project Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Engineer to oversee the execution, coordination, and delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for high-rise residential projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, project coordination skills, and the ability to ensure timely completion of MEP activities while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all MEP activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal departments to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor project progress, prepare work schedules, and ensure timely execution of MEP works.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and approved methodologies are followed.
• Coordinate material procurement, approvals, and delivery schedules to avoid project delays.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Review and certify subcontractor work, invoices, and variations.
• Ensure all testing, commissioning, and handover activities are completed in accordance with project specifications.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 4– years of experience in MEP project execution, with a minimum of 5 years in UAE high-rise residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
