SALES CLOSER (AUTOMOTIVE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers at the final stage of the sales process to close vehicle deals effectively.
• Negotiate pricing, financing terms, trade-in values, and upsell opportunities.
• Ensure all paperwork, contracts, and documentation are accurate and completed promptly.
• Work closely with the Sales Consultants and Finance Department to streamline the deal-closing process.
• Follow up with potential customers who are undecided to convert warm leads into sales.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience to every client.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably with a focus on closing deals.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• High energy, confidence, and a persuasive attitude.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle objections professionally.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and dealership software is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
