Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Projects Manager to oversee the execution of high-rise tower construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years of UAE experience in the construction of residential, commercial, and mixed-use high-rise developments, with a strong background in site management, structural works, quality control, safety compliance, and project coordination.

The successful candidate will ensure that all construction activities are executed efficiently, safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all on-site civil construction activities for high-rise tower projects.
• Coordinate daily site operations with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and project schedules.
• Monitor structural, architectural, and finishing works to maintain the highest quality standards.
• Prepare and review work schedules, manpower plans, and resource allocation.
• Identify construction risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) standards.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, material submittals, and inspection requests.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and relevant authorities.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and site-related challenges.
• Verify subcontractor work progress and certify completed works.
• Ensure effective coordination between civil, MEP, architectural, and finishing teams.
• Maintain proper project documentation and site records.
• Support successful project delivery within budget and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineering registration or equivalent certification is an advantage.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of proven UAE construction experience.
• Mandatory experience in the construction of high-rise towers.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
• Experience working with reputable developers or main contractors in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, local authority requirements, and UAE construction standards.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of reinforced concrete structures and high-rise construction methodologies.
• Excellent knowledge of project planning and construction sequencing.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, and project management software.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures and HSE regulations.
• Experience with project reporting and document control.
