Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to expand our client network and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales and client acquisition, with the ability to identify new opportunities, build strong relationships, and promote recruitment and HR solutions to businesses across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Promote the company's recruitment and HR services to prospective corporate clients.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
• Meet with clients to understand their hiring needs and recommend suitable recruitment solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements, and assist in negotiating commercial terms.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and successful fulfillment of client requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Consistently achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition within the UAE.
• Previous experience in a recruitment agency, staffing firm, HR consultancy, or similar B2B service industry is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in lead generation, cold outreach, and closing sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and manage multiple accounts effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
