BIM Architect

The BIM Architect will work on-site in Dubai in a full-time capacity, leading the development and coordination of Building Information Models for architectural projects. Typical responsibilities include creating and managing BIM models, producing detailed architectural and construction drawings, and ensuring all documentation aligns with design intent, codes, and project standards.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture, with the ability to translate design concepts into clear, buildable solutions.
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and processes, including model creation, coordination, and clash detection.
• Experience producing Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings that comply with local codes and project specifications.
• Relevant experience in an architectural or engineering consultancy environment, preferably within the Dubai.
• Advanced skills in BIM-related software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and complementary tools (e.g., AutoCAD, visualization software).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced project setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; professional registration or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
