INTERIOR DESIGNER

Responsibilities

• Develop creative interior design concepts that align with client requirements, project objectives and budget.
• Prepare space planning layouts to maximize functionality, aesthetics and user experience.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures and accessories suitable for each project.
• Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and material boards for client meetings and approvals.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, suppliers, and contractors throughout the design and execution stages.
• Review shop drawings and conduct site visits to ensure design intent is achieved during project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, and AutoCAD is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of space planning, material specifications, and interior detailing.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Experience with rendering software such as V-Ray or Corona Renderer, and knowledge of Revit, will be an advantage.
