Interior & Fit-Out Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Interior & Fit-Out Project Manager to oversee commercial and residential fit-out projects from planning through handover. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of interior fit-out projects, from planning and design coordination through execution and handover.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Supervise site activities to ensure work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management and clients.
• Control project costs, variations, and procurement activities.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage subcontractor performance, contracts, and payment certifications.
• Conduct site meetings and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain project documentation, including reports, RFIs, variation orders, and progress records.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in interior fit-out, construction, or project management.
• Experience managing commercial, retail, hospitality, residential, or office fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishes, MEP coordination, and project scheduling.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, as well as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and quality management systems.
